The new track “The Lights” is out. You probably understand the subject matter in which the song is written, so I don’t feel I need to go any deeper into it.

Miriam Vaga is once again featured on vocals, and the artwork is done by Jeff Delgado.

The track will be featured on the new Philter album, set for release sometime in the future.

I hope you like it.

Lyrics:

He stole their lights.
Darkened their innocent eyes.

New hope will fall like grey-like summer rain.
See all the love in all the lights.
The lights and the roses, held up, for you.
For all that’s lost, for all who lost.

When words are poor.
Our hearts give so much more.

Our unison cry, contain a love that won’t die.

He stole their lights.
Darkened their innocent eyes.

Hope can die, as fast as a bullet can fly.

New hope will fall like grey-like summer rain.
See all the love in all the lights.
The lights and the roses, held up, for you.
For all that’s lost, for all who lost.

How I’ve fallen in love with Philter. I was looking around for bands with a similar feel and quality of your most recent album, The Beautiful Lies. Hours of searching and I found nothing, then I found this!

It appears that the song which caught me was actually made by the very same band. I hope there’s another album in the works. Keep up the wonderful work! :D

Beautiful tune..It’s important to remember the past, to not make the same mistakes again.
